Iwo-jima belonging to Ogawawara Islands is volcano islands which consist of three islands which stand in a row in the north and south in North Iwo-jima, Iwo-jima, and Minami Iojima, and is also called sulfur islands. It is located from Tokyo east longitude 141 degrees about 1,250km and north latitude 24 degrees to south in 19 minutes for 47 minutes, and is subtropical oceanic climate.
